| Description: | To prepare salads and sandwich fillings daily as per the menu
• Assist in preparing components for main meals, soups etc • To make up sandwiches and salads as per customer orders during service in a timely manner • To make desserts, cakes as per recepies • To assist with preparation of supplier orders to maintain kitchen food stocks • To comply with food hygiene and safety regulations and HACCAPS at all times • Adhere to cleaning schedules • To comply with COSHH regulations • Jointly responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen • Various other preparatory duties prior to and after service • Participation in training when required |
