As a successful training provider, the Business School at Cirencester College is able to access central government funds to support training for managers and their employees.  This covers the following two main areas:

National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs)

The Business School at Cirencester College offers a wide range of national vocational qualifications (NVQs) which are identified below and are delivered within the workplace.  Funding is available for these qualifications based upon a range of factors, which include the student’s age, residency status in the EU, prior qualifications held by the student, the level of qualification required (e.g. Levels 2 to 7) and the size of the employer.

Pre–employment and Response to Redundancy Training

For those employers looking to recruit new members of staff, support may be available from Job Centre Plus and the Business School at Cirencester College via a range of government programmes.  Similarly, where employers are instigating a redundancy programme and have commenced a process of consultation, again support for re-training staff will be available by contacting us on 01285 653961.
