If you are unable to attend college you should contact us to let us know. There are a number of ways you can do this including texting and filling in a form right here in CCO. Please make your parents aware of the system so that they can contact on your behalf if you are too unwell to do it yourself.

Text Message : please send the student’s id number, name, date of absence and reason for absence to 0795 008 0785
College Website : use the form at www.cirencester.ac.uk/absence . This form can be completed on behalf of the student. Either the student id number or the student’s date of birth are required to complete the form.
Email: please include the student id number, student name and date of birth as well as the reason for absence to attendance@cirencester.ac.uk
Telephone : Please give the student id number or date of birth, name and reason for absence on the voicemail service available on a dedicated number at 01285 626526. Please note: we will not be able to acknowledge receipt of voicemail and this option should only be used as a last resort.
Students should always report an absence for any day when they have timetabled classes including tutor sessions and enrichment.
