Flexible Learning is a form of training that is offered by the College that does not necessarily require the student to come on to the campus for pre-determined and scheduled classes. It is a modern way of creating learning opportunities in, or related to the work place.

The advantages of flexible learning are that it provides faster, more flexible and cost effective training, directly benefitting you as an individual or your business - without taking you or your staff away from work to study.

Most flexible learning students will complete their study at home and/or at work. (NVQ qualifications need to be completed in the workplace). Assessors will arrange to visit students at pre-arranged times on the employer’s premises. Although the course has no specific time limit, assessors will agree an achievable work schedule with the student and provide advice about working towards deadlines.
