"I’m interested in flexible study at a time to suit me."
Some courses allow you to attend at times that suit you; we usually refer to this as Open Learning. Other kinds of learning can take place in your workplace. We refer to this as flexible or distance learning We offer a wide range of IT courses through Open Learning where you can drop in at certain times of the week to computer rooms at either the Castle or the @Tetbury centre. There will be a member of teaching staff on hand to support your learning and guide you through course materials. You will be able to work through exercises at your own pace. Flexible Learning or Distance Learning is where students are assessed at work by an assessor who visits them at regular intervals. Assessment may involve some kind of observation or evaluation of the student in the workplace and will certainly require you to record your own development and gather evidence of what you do in your job. We offer flexible learning in a number of areas such as health and social care, business management and IT. Not right for you, what about ....?
