Online 

The quickest and easiest way to enrol is direct from this website. 


In Person
Come to the enrolment office at Fosse Way Campus to pay by cash, cheque or debit/credit card

Fri 9.30am to 3.30pm


By Telephone

You can enrol over the telephone on 01285 626262 during Enrolment Office opening hours.
The process just takes a few minutes and you can pay by credit or debit card.

You can also check course information by telephone.

By Post

An
Enrolment Form can be downloaded here and returned to the enrolment office.

If you wish to make a postal enrolment please make sure that you have included:

  • course code and name
  • payment by credit/debit/switch card or a cheque made payable to ‘Cirencester College’.

COURSE FEES INFORMATION


LEVEL 2 QUALIFICATIONS
If you are 19 or over and have yet to achieve a GCE at grade C or above (or similar level), you may be entitled to free tuition on certain courses. Please contact the Adult guidance Service for details.

REDUCED FEE
Some courses have a REDUCED FEE - see prices in brackets. You might qualify if you are:

  • claiming certain benefits (see Qualifying Benefits). You may be required to provide evidence of Benefit
  • over 60 and your sole source of income is a DSS state retirement pension or equivalent or
  • in full-time education and aged between 16 and 18 in one of our partner schools.
Please note incorrect fees will delay enrolment.


CRIMINAL RECORD BUREAU CHECKS
It may be necessary to pass on to students, who undertake a work placement as part of their course, the cost of a Criminal Records Bureau Check which is approx £33 to £39.

PART-TIME COURSES FOR 16-18 YEAR OLDS
If you are between 16 and 18 and wish to study part-time at the College, please contact Student Services for an appointment.

PAYING BY INSTALMENTS
If you have difficulty paying your fee in one go, please ask the Enrolment Office for details of our instalment scheme.

WAITING LIST PLACES
Some courses are very popular and may well fill up very quickly. If this is the case we will put your name on a waiting list and will contact you should places become available.

REFUNDS
A refund of fees cannot be made after the course has been running for three sessions, unless either the College closes the course or exceptional circumstances occur. If a student requests a refund following enrolment an administrative charge will be made.

ATTENDANCE
Nearly all courses are heavily subsidised, the subsidy to the College being withdrawn if a student fails to attend. The college will assume you have left the course if you fail to attend for four consecutive weeks and then may make your place available to another student. If, however, you wish not to have your place
