Fee Remission
FEE REMITTED COURSESfees button

If you wish to claim a free place, contact the Adult Guidance Service to check your eligibility and book an appointment. You will need to bring proof of the benefit which you receive. This proof could be a benefit book, a DWP letter or a bank statement. If you are claiming Income Support or Job Seeker’s Allowance, the Job Centre will give you a form to confirm this. For Working Tax Credit or Pension Credit, the award notice is required.

Courses marked with a fees button may be free, if you are in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits. You will still have to pay for any books or materials used in the course, as well as examination fees. You will also have to pay a £10 deposit when you enrol, and this will go towards the cost of any examination fees.
