Creative Connections
Our Invisible Illness – Creative Connection Courses provide the opportunity to try different creative activities and gain an understanding of how crafting can benefit your well-being. The courses are a great place to meet with friends, make new ones, gain new skills and build up your confidence.
Health and Fitness for the over 60s
This course aims to increase physical activity through trying new sports and leisure-based activities. It will include taster sessions in tai chi, chair exercises and low impact indoor sports.
Female Self Defence
Learn self-defence techniques and improve physical fitness whilst increasing self – esteem.
Dads Parenting Sessions
This session is for new fathers and expectant fathers to share experiences, gain further knowledge and understanding of roles and responsibilities both for their child and partners.
Brain Box
Improve your mental health and physical fitness through structured boxercise focused sessions.
Digital Confidence
This course is for beginners of digital technology who would like to better learn how to use their devices. Students bring their own devices to a small class where they are taught how to do the tasks that they would like to be able to do. Such as sending and taking photos, online shopping, writing email etc.

Basic Bicycle Maintenance
