This set of classes is aimed at anyone with an interest in flowers who would like to learn how best to arrange them. In this four-week introduction into floristry we will be exploring the floristry basics. How to make a handtied, create an arrangement, wiring and gluing techniques will all be covered in this course. Expert florist Emily will be on hand to give help and guidance to ensure you get the most out of the experience. This class is aimed at beginners but is suitable for people with varying levels of experience.

How will I learn?
The sessions will comprise of both theory and practical elements. The theory will be covered by taught sessions with PowerPoint presentations and class discussion. There will be a strong practical element to this course with visual demonstrations to guide you through the steps before you give it a go yourself.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself – please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty and ensure you wear closed shoes or boots.
