Yoga for everyone
Are you interested in yoga? Yoga for everyone is just that, for everyone. For those of you who have never heard of a downward dog to those of you that a well versed in the world of yoga and want to be able to set aside the time to practice with others.
Always wanted to try yoga but are nervous and worried about the prospect? Well, rest assured there is nothing to worry about as our wonderful takes you through a five week yoga course whereby you will learn to release tensions from the mind and body and build up strength and increase your range of movement.
What topics are covered?
Warm-up limbers, gentle movements, fundamental yoga postures and breath awareness practice. Weaved into this will be some reference to alignment, a little anatomical awareness, developing a mindful approach and a brief introduction to relaxation, meditation and yogic philosophy.
How will I learn?
Formal instruction, practical demonstration and experiential discovery
What do I need to bring?
Due to Covid we advise bringing your own mats, blankets and cushions. We can supply mats to anyone who is unable to provide their own – Let us know in advance.
What else do I need to know?
Avoid a heavy meal before yoga class
Wear loose, comfortable layers.
