In partnership with John Francis Coaching, we have created a 5-session course for men.
The aim of the course is to help participants find greater calm and balance in their lives by developing a growth mindset for their own self-care and wellbeing. The course content will also focus on learning and practicing techniques that support resilience in times of challenge.
Structured to promote inclusion and sharing, these workshops are relaxed and collaborative in nature providing information and learning to develop your resources for life.
This is a funded course, so free to participants that:
- Have lived in the UK or EU for at least 3 years
- Are aged 19 and over
