Join experienced Mosaic tutor and artist, Sadie Rowlands on this 10 week mosaics experience. This workshop is designed to immerse you in mosaic techniques and to give you time to become familiar with the traditional ways of cutting and placing mosaics. Your first class will be an introduction to mosaics and full instructions on materials and how to cut and shape the tile will follow, with help on how to develop your own creative project. This course is Suitable for beginners and improvers, join a friendly like-minded group of creatives as you learn and play with this technique. After the initial introduction and practice, you can make this course what you wish. Make a set of beautiful matching or unmatching coasters. Make Birthday or Christmas gifts for loved ones. Make a larger mosaic piece. Sadie will be able to help you towards your goal.

In the first session, you will get an introduction to mosaics and make a tile to practice this skill on.
Following on through the further 9 weeks you will be able to make a project of your choosing, be that a set of coasters, a large-scale piece etc. Sadie will talk to you about ideas for projects and what you might want to make during your first session.
She will be on hand to help and guide you throughout the 10 weeks
