Writing for Self-Discovery

Writing for Self-Discovery is a creative course to explore ourselves, our hopes and our histories, using expressive writing to illuminate thoughts, feelings, and memories.

We’ll be experimenting with words and form, finding creative ways of telling our stories, sharing our experiences, and hearing those of others.  Sessions may include story, poetry, description, dialogue, writing from objects or images.  Nothing will be imposed; all suggestions are optional.

There is no pressure or expectation of writing something ‘good’!  You don’t need to be a writer -just curious and open to reflection. Whether you love language or simply want to try something new, this is a space to explore, create, reflect, share and above all – enjoy.

Unfortunately, these classes have now finished, please register your details and we will inform you as soon as more classes become available.
