As an apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service. Responsibilities will include handling incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, maintaining accurate client records, supporting on special projects, interpreting and presenting service data, and assisting with administrative tasks. You will also contribute to promoting the service through community engagement, social media updates, and partnership support. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, approachable, and eager to develop strong communication and customer service skills. You’ll gain valuable experience working within a multidisciplinary team, while also studying towards a recognised qualification in business administration or customer service. Through this apprenticeship, you’ll develop a solid foundation in administrative processes and client interaction within a health promotion context. You’ll be contributing to a service that supports residents in areas such as smoking cessation, healthy eating, physical activity, and mental wellbeing.
