Where can I buy food and drinks?

Refectory: breakfast, sandwiches, soups, salads, jacket potatoes, paninis, drinks, homemade cakes, snacks and hot main meals

The Spotlight: cappuccinos, lattes, espressos, cookies, smoothies, paninis, cakes and snacks.

The Hub: hot and cold pastries and snacks

Vending Machines: there are several vending machines around the campus selling hot and cold drinks and snacks.

Catering Venues (and Reprographics), do not take credit and debit cards, but you can use Cashless Catering to top-up your student card in order to buy things in the Refectory and Reprographics. This can be topped up via WisePay (see FAQ "What is Wisepay?" for more information).

Can I bring my own food to College?

The simple answer is YES! Many students bring packed lunches.

How much does it cost to eat in the refectory?

Prices vary depending on what you order.

Currently a hot main course costs between £1.95 and £2.25 with sandwiches from £1 and full English Breakfast at £2.

Jacket potato and filling is great value at £1.75 and homemade soup and French bread or a cold pasta pot at just £1 provide a bargain lunch.
