Students explore ancient Greece in 8 days

Over 40 Classical Civilisations and Ancient History students recently took part in a week long Archaeology study tour of Greece.

Cirencester students Amy and Tom chosen as Black Sea STEM Scholars

Congratulations to Cirencester Sixth Form College students Amy Wakeman and Thomas Davis who have become Black Sea STEM Scholars a unique project run in association with Southampton University. To do so they had to go through a rigorous and competitive selection process.

Illustration Workshop at Corinium Museum

On Wednesday 2nd March a group of students – myself included - went down to the Corinium Museum in Cirencester and completed a workshop on archaeological illustrations. There we had the opportunity to draw a series of artefacts from the Roman period and the Bronze Age.
