Before leaving College and moving on to the next step of your career, it is important for us to maximise your potential. We intend to do this through our new programme ‘Succeed’ by challenging and stretching you to make you the ‘stand out candidate’ for universities and future employers.

When you join Cirencester Sixth Form College, we will build a bespoke package around your own individual learning programme (A-level or Vocational) to enhance your learning and enrich your academic experience.

The Succeed Programme includes:

• Extra qualification courses such as an AS-level, an Extended Project Qualification(EPQ) or Pre-Teaching• Non-qualification programmes e.g. Career Ready, Sports Development squads, Duke of Edinburgh or Young Enterprise

• Subject related enrichment e.g. Law Society, Debating Society and STEM activities

• Programmes and events e.g. University & Careers Convention, guest lectures, career guidance

• Learning focused support e.g. revision sessions, support workshops and work experience. A supervised study session will be timetabled into your learning programme

There are lots of options open to students and this will give you the opportunity to think about your skills and strengths which might benefit your future career.

With so many options within the Succeed Programme, we recommend you think about your strengths and what might benefit you in the future. We will then pick out elements together from the table below to t with your A-level or vocational courses to give you your very own tailor-made programme.
