If you choose to travel to us by one of our coaches, we aim to get you to College in safety and comfort and provide over 30 subsidised coach routes for students living in and around the areas of Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire.

These services operate during term time and are planned to arrive at the college by 8.45am.

Step 4: Applying and paying for a place

Once you have submitted your application for a place at College you will receive your login details to the applicant portal from which you can access Wisepay. This is our preferred method of payment which is highly secure and accepts all major credit/ debit cards.

We hope to make applying and paying for a place on a College coach as easy as possible. Our coach travel is very popular so it is essential that the full payment is received before 30 June 2019 to guarantee a seat.

You are still able to apply for a seat after 30 June 2019, although some of the more popular routes may be subject to a waiting list. If you wait until results day we will not be able to guarantee there will be space and you may have to find alternative transport to College until a seat becomes available.

To help spread the cost of either the Annual, Autumn Term or Autumn Half Term pass before the 30th June payment deadline, there is an option of paying the £50 non-refundable deposit followed by 5 equal instalments from February to June.

If your family income is below £35,000 you may be eligible for help with the cost of your pass through the Cirencester College Learner Bursary (CCLB). All the information can be found on our website using the following link: www.cirencester.ac.uk/ support/financial-support

Driving

For those of you who are drivers, the college has its own on site car park. As the college has limited car parking space drivers must purchase a parking permit from the Cashier Hatch of the Student Journey or through WisePay via Parent Zone.

Students who have recently passed their driving tests will be required to complete the online Drive IQ assessment before being allowed to park on site.
