Travel by coach
If you choose to travel to us by one of our coaches, we aim to get you to College in safety and comfort and provide over 30 subsidised coach routes for students living in and around the areas of Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire.
These services operate during term time and are planned to arrive at the college by 8.45am.
The return journeys in the afternoon leave at the end of the teaching day between 4.10pm and 4.25pm.
Step 3: Costs
The longer the pass the more cost effective it will be, with the annual pass being the most economical costing approx £3.35 per day (early bird price), £3.61 (discounted price)
*This is a early bird price. This applies if paid in full by 30 June 2018. Full price £625
The Autumn Term can be split into Autumn 1st half term £188 & 2nd half term £175
Step 4: Applying and paying for a place
We hope to make applying and paying for a place on a College coach as easy as possible. Our coach travel is very popular so it is essential to book seats early to avoid disappointment.
Reserving a seat is simple with a £50 non-refundable deposit with the balance due by30 June 2018
To help make payment easier, the option to pay in 5 equal instalments from February to June will be available in Wisepay through the College website.
Don’t forget you may be eligible for help with the cost of your pass through the Cirencester College Learning Bursary (CCLB). All the information can be found on our website using the following link
For more information on the Learning Bursary, please click the link below
Reserving and paying for a seat can be done through Wisepay via the college website; you will receive your login details once you have applied for a place at College. All major credit/debit cards are accepted and are highly secure.
Although there will still be an opportunity to reserve a coach seat after 30 June, reservations may be subject to waiting lists on some of the more popular coach routes.
Please note if you wait until results day to book a seat, we will not be able to guarantee there will be space and you may have to find alternative transport to college until a seat becomes available.
For those of you who are drivers, the college has its own on site car park. As the college has limited car parking space drivers must purchase a parking permit from the Cashier Hatch of the Student Journey or through WisePay via the Parent Zone.
New students who have recently passed their driving tests will be required to complete the online Drive IQ test before being allowed permission to park on site.
Prices quoted here are the 2017 prices and may be subject to change.
