5+ GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, from the core subjects, including English Language and Maths.

There are no exams in this qualification, you will complete a range of units that will all contribute to your overall grade.
Any trips?
Trips are a valuable and exciting part of the course and we encourage students to participate in them. In the past, we have had residential visits to destinations such as Seville, Tallinn, Budapest, Rome, Barcelona and Malta.
UK visits are also used to support units such as UK visitor attractions, customer service, the cruise industry and specialist tourism.
Are there any costs involved?
Residential trips are optional and usually cost between £450-£500.
UK trips have direct links to assessments and the attendance to these are highly encouraged, they usually cost between £40-£75
Cain Crew assessment day- £75 approx.

Yes. We look at career opportunities all over the world. In year 2 we study the roles of cabin crew and resort representatives.
Yes; All the qualifications offer UCAS points.
Yes, there is a wide variety of practical assessments on this course! Firstly, you will get the opportunity to plan and deliver an event. In year 2, you will complete a Work Experience unit. As part of the Customer Service unit, there is possibly an opportunity to work at Cheltenham Races, and the Tour Guiding unit allows you to plan and deliver a guided tour.
