Our Cabin Crew course is available to all Level 3 students. Designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the airline industry. From safety procedures and customer service excellence to inflight operations and emergency protocols. With hands-on training and insights from industry professionals, you’ll be fully prepared for this exciting industry.
What will I study in Cabin Crew Introduction Level 2 Certificate?
There are six units that need to be completed:
Unit 1 Working as cabin crew
Unit 2. Airline health and safety
Unit 3. Aircraft emergency situations
Unit 4. Dealing with passengers on board an aircraft
Unit 5. Cabin service - selling techniques
Unit 6. Making passenger announcements on board an aircraft
Entry Requirements
A minimum of five GCSEs at Grade 4, including three from the core subjects. This is a Level 2 course which can be taken alongside any Level 3 course.
How will I learn?
There will be many opportunities to demonstrate skills required and you will need to attend an assessment day provided by an external provider.
A portfolio of evidence will be produced as well as discussion, role plays, worksheets
How will I be assessed?
Assessment day for practical activities. Course work
Any trips?
There will be an external assessment day which could include an overnight stay.
Are there any costs involved?
External assessment day approximately £80
