FAQs

What is the difference between the Outdoor and the Sport Exercise Health and Fitness level 2 course?

The only difference is that the Sport pathway will be completing the Introduction to Health Exercise and Nutrition Module instead of the Leading and Outdoor Activity Module.

I have never done any outdoor/adventurous activities before, is that ok?

That is not a problem. Our highly trained staff will introduce you to all activities and give you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to take part. We just need you motivated and willing.
