Salary: £26, 926 – £44, 498 pro rata
(Starting salary dependent upon qualifications and experience)
Contract: Fractional, Permanent (0.4 equivalent to 2 days a week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an adaptable and creative individual to join our ambitious Faculty of Business and Land and contribute to curriculum initiatives within our adult learners. The teaching for this role will include teaching on our AAT L3 programme. Delivery of the qualification is on a Tuesday. The department of Business and Land is committed to encouraging students to reach their full potential and candidates will ideally have experience in teaching and AAT experience. Candidates will be committed to the Cirencester College mission and vision and be able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines in a demanding environment.
Candidates should have a commitment to adult education and be motivated to achieve high standards in teaching and learning. The ability to work well within a team and to adapt to curriculum demands is essential. Ideally candidates should possess a good honours degree and a teaching qualification. The College is supportive of new entrants into the teaching profession, and we are therefore willing to consider applications from graduates who are willing to undertake a supported teaching qualification as part of their professional development.
