Salary Range: £22,974- £25,800 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
(September pay award £23,663-£26,574 pro rata)
Contract: Full time, Permanent
This is a fabulous opportunity to join our successful Apprenticeship team to deliver and grow our apprenticeship programmes in the media and creative sector.
We are looking for someone with the passion and commitment to inspire apprentices who are at the beginning of their creative career. You will need relevant vocational experience but training will be provided on the coaching and delivery of apprenticeships. Our programmes include: content production, PR & communications, broadcast and media production.
This role plays a key part in the College’s employer engagement and apprenticeship objectives and will involve an element of employer engagement and helping us to grow our provision.
The key focus of the role is to provide outstanding levels of one to one support and coaching for our apprentices. You will work closely with apprentices to support them through their work-based learning, help them build a portfolio of evidence and coach them ready for their end point assessment. You will also co-ordinate our sector specific and technical training programme and plan and deliver some of these sessions.
We are looking for someone with a passion for vocational education to join us to lead on our highly respected and innovative creative apprenticeships, who can support our apprentices to achieve excellence.
