Do you have the passion and commitment to inspire apprentices who are at the beginning of their career? Do you have a wealth of industry experience that you can pass on to our young people? Would you relish the chance to work with an excellent local sixth form college and are you looking for flexibility in your working hours?
As a learning coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting apprentices in a variety of work settings. You will work one to one with apprentices, offering outstanding levels of support whilst they complete their learning, and will coach them ready for their end point assessment. You will help to co-ordinate their attendance at relevant training sessions as well as liaising with their employer to ensure excellent communication at all times.
Meetings with apprentices and employers take place both remotely and face to face and all training will be given. You don’t need to have worked in education before but some experience of training or mentoring others could be useful. We are looking for strong industry skills which you can pass on to our young people so that they do well in your sector.
This is a fabulous opportunity to join our successful apprenticeship team and help to support our future workforce. The roles are extremely flexible, and we can offer hourly paid contracts as well as part time and/or full-time positions.
