An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support the Head of Human Resources with the smooth running of a busy and fast-paced department. The successful applicant will have a good knowledge of employment law and digital HR systems, be a confident line manager with a positive and pro-active approach to this role and will have the ability to prioritise the work of the department and the team effectively.
This role requires great organisational and negotiating skills and the ability to understand information quickly. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential. Ideally, a working knowledge in the education sector would be advantageous.
We are looking for someone who will work well within the core values of the college to help us achieve our corporate goals. This is a generalist role and would suit someone looking for a new challenge.
The hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30 Monday to Thursday with a 4.00pm finish on a Friday.
