An exciting opportunity has arisen for an adaptable and creative individual to teach on our Health T-Level team. Either would be valuable as we need both skillsets on these programmes. You would be joining us at the point where we move into brand new accommodation complete with a ‘mock’ hospital ward full of teaching resources.
The role entails:
- Teaching to a high standard and developing student’s skills and confidence to succeed when they move on.
- Working with our work experience team and employers to ensure that students get the most from placements.
- Playing a full role as a member of the Faculty and College community
- Providing pastoral support for students if your role includes being a personal tutor
Candidates should have a commitment to post compulsory education at FE and be motivated to achieve high standards in teaching and learning. The ability to work well within a team and to adapt to curriculum demands is essential. Candidates will be committed to the Cirencester College mission and vision and be able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines in a demanding environment. The College is supportive of new entrants into teaching and provide professional development onsite.
