Yoga for everyone

Foundations & Flow – 6pm class

Yoga for everyone truly means just that — everyone.

Whether you’ve never set foot on a mat before, aren’t quite sure what a downward dog is, or you’ve practised for years and simply want the consistency and connection of moving with others, this class welcomes you exactly as you are.

This is a supportive, down-to-earth space where there is no pressure to be flexible, strong, or “good at yoga.” There’s no expectation to keep up or get it perfect. Instead, you’ll be guided clearly and calmly through a balanced practice designed to help you feel more at home in your body.

We’ll move through steady, accessible sequences that gently build strength, improve mobility, and release the physical tension that builds up from busy days and long hours at desks, in cars, or on our feet. Alongside the movement, you’ll learn how to use your breath to steady the mind, creating a sense of focus and ease that carries beyond the mat.

If you’ve always wanted to try yoga but felt unsure or nervous, this is the perfect place to begin. And if you’re more experienced, you’ll find space to deepen your practice at your own pace.

You’ll leave feeling stronger, more open, and rebalanced — having carved out time for yourself in the middle of a busy week.

Suitable for all levels.

Evening Exhale – 7:15 pm class

Take a breath… this hour is yours.

As evening softens around us, this class invites you to slow the pace of the day and arrive gently in your body. Beginning at 7:15pm, we gather for an hour of restorative yoga — a quiet, nourishing space to rest, soften, and simply be.

We’ll begin with slow, mindful movements, easing open the shoulders, hips, and lower back. Each movement follows the rhythm of the breath, unhurried and spacious, allowing tension to melt rather than be pushed away. There is nothing to achieve here, nowhere to rush.

From there, we’ll settle into deep restorative shapes, giving the body time to release and the nervous system a chance to settle. These longer pauses create space — for breath, for stillness, for the gentle unwinding that so often gets missed in busy days.

Then, be guided into a restful meditative journey that invites you to drift between waking and dreaming, where the body rests deeply and the mind softens.

This class is a pause.

A quiet exhale at the end of the day.

A moment to return to yourself.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, spacious, and softly restored, carrying a sense of calm with you into the evening.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.

Fantastic yoga

2024-01-24

Sharon is wonderful at teaching yoga, a fantastic balance of challenging and relaxing, at a pace that stops your brain from wandering during the class, so much so the hour passes in a flash. Lots of words of wisdom and functional moves that I can practice at home too. I enjoy the class and would recommend it (well I have already!)
