Privacy Policy

The information you provide as part of your initial application and for the applicant profile on the Applicant Portal will be stored and processed by the college. Not all fields are mandatory but the information held is purely to support the application process, to help in timetable planning, and for passing to Government agencies. A limited subset is sent to the College on-line shop provider so that you can pre-order items such as coach passes. When you enrol this information is used to support your learning, but in any event the application portal database is cleared after allowing for marketing metrics, and for no longer than a year. A full list of the data held, the purpose to which it is put, the duration held and the organisations it is shared with is available here.
