Require less stress and more peace in your daily life? Then come along to this four week course and discover the benefits of meditation. Each week you will be guided in a simple meditation that you can adopt in your daily life. You will learn about the benefits of meditation, what it is and how to engage in a positive way with the challenges of daily life.
The course will be delivered by Gen Kelsang Öpel, who is a Buddhist nun and is the main teacher at Akanishta Kadampa Buddhist Centre.
This is a funded course, so free to participants that:
- Have lived in the UK or EU for at least 3 years
- Are aged 19 and over
- Identify that you are experiencing difficulty with the impacts of stress on your health and wellbeing.
