1 Day Introduction to Holistic and Sports Massage

In partnership with the Cotswold Academy, this one-day course offers a practical introduction to holistic and sports massage. Participants will learn and practise basic techniques, explore the history and benefits of massage, and understand the key differences between holistic and sports approaches.

The day also includes an overview of accreditation options, career opportunities and potential earnings within the massage industry, ideal for anyone considering a career or simply exploring an interest in massage therapy.

This course is part of our tailored learning offering and fully funded for those who meet the below criteria:

  • Aged over 19 from 31/08/25
  • Are unemployed and currently in receipt of Universal Credit or other state benefit and the take home pay (disregarding UC payments and other state benefits) is less than £952 per month (sole adult in claim benefit) or £1534 per month (joint benefit claim with partner)
  • Employed and earn under £25,750
