About Your Tutor

Katherine Huang is a spinner, weaver, and dyer based in Cirencester. Her work grows from a lifelong fascination with mythology, fairy tales, and history, and with the power of traditional textile skills passed down through generations. Using natural fibres and plant dyes, she works slowly and by hand, drawing thread from fleece, colour from leaf and root, and cloth from patience and practice.
