Evening Exhale

Take a breath… this hour is yours.

As evening softens around us, this class invites you to slow the pace of the day and arrive gently in your body. Beginning at 7:15pm, we gather for an hour of restorative yoga — a quiet, nourishing space to rest, soften, and simply be.

We’ll begin with slow, mindful movements, easing open the shoulders, hips, and lower back. Each movement follows the rhythm of the breath, unhurried and spacious, allowing tension to melt rather than be pushed away. There is nothing to achieve here, nowhere to rush.

From there, we’ll settle into deep restorative shapes, giving the body time to release and the nervous system a chance to settle. These longer pauses create space — for breath, for stillness, for the gentle unwinding that so often gets missed in busy days.

Then, be guided into a restful meditative journey that invites you to drift between waking and dreaming, where the body rests deeply and the mind softens.

This class is a pause.

A quiet exhale at the end of the day.

A moment to return to yourself.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, spacious, and softly restored, carrying a sense of calm with you into the evening.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.
