Movement Through Menopause is a welcoming and empowering exercise class created specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Each session combines cardiovascular exercise, strength training and mobility work to help improve fitness, maintain muscle and bone health, and support overall wellbeing.

The exercises are adaptable and low to moderate impact, making the class suitable for a range of fitness levels. You’ll learn practical movement strategies that support your body during menopause while building confidence in a friendly and supportive environment.

Classes are structured, positive and encouraging, helping you feel stronger, more capable and more connected to your health and wellbeing. Whether you’re looking to begin exercising, return to fitness, or maintain an active lifestyle, this course provides a safe and supportive space to move with confidence.

About Your Tutor

Jess Huddleston is a specialist personal trainer in menopause and perimenopause, with extensive experience in performance coaching, from grassroots participants through to Commonwealth athletes.

Her passion for supporting women during menopause stems from both professional knowledge and personal experience, having gone through menopause earlier than expected herself. Jess understands first-hand the vital role exercise plays in managing symptoms and improving overall wellbeing. She is dedicated to helping women build strength, confidence and resilience while feeling empowered throughout their menopausal journey.
