Vice Principal of Teaching, Learning and Development at Cirencester College, Matt Reynolds, has presented at the 12th Festival of Education, held at Wellington College. The event, which has some 5,000 delegates, is a national focus for educational thinking.

“It’s been a real privilege to be invited to speak.” said Matt, “I’m in good company. There’re speakers here as diverse as Prof. Will Self and Sir Michael Morpurgo, to Alice Thompson from The Times and BBC historian, Prof. David Olusoga. Great to have Cirencester College on the bill and to talk about one of my favourite subjects; educational reform.”

At the heart of the festival, say Wellington College, is the understanding that education should be inspiring, engaging and fun. It promises to be one of those festivals we talk about for years to come…

“It’s just great that our forward-thinking approach to education is being recognised.” continued Matt, “Sharing our ideas and enthusiasm with the wider teaching community is really positive and rewarding.”
